Eric, at the front desk, very helpful, upon our arrival, due to my problem with food poison on my flight from SF, Eric, offer immediate help to bring luggages to our room, and offer further assistance if we need all other employees in the front desk stop short of offering extra assistance, as well as the porter, when we asked for directions to Pike Market, they seemed to be so busy helping with cruise traveller than a normal traveller, restaurant staff did excellent work with food and services, right on the spot, Sai at the bar was especially attentive and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from many of the tourist attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. Super service from Brian in finding a room for me that did not have too much air freshener. I am sensitive to fragrances and they use A LOT of very strong air freshener spray in the rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff. So welcoming and friendly and helpful. They offered us a complementary late checkout at 2pm. After a long day of travel, such a warm welcome means a lot. Location is a short walk from the train station, close to restaurants and Pike Place. The room was large and comfortable; view was amazing. The TV is huge. The shower was hot and the water pressure perfect. The bed was comfortable. Being on a high floor meant we avoided most city noise. We were only there for one night and didn't need it, but there was no refrigerator as advertised. We mentioned it on check out and the staff was immediately apologetic, making phone calls to get one put in the room, surprised we hadn't mentioned earlier lol. I loved how on it they were. $30 pp breakfast buffet seemed steep, so we did ala carte, but the food was excellent too.

Clean, modern and comfortable beds. We got an upgrade to the space needle view room and the view was gorgeous. I also liked the mini mart at reception, it was very convenient. We stayed on the 27th floor, I had requested a quiet room and it was very peaceful which is important to me. I am a light sleeper. Staff was lovely and super helpful. They managed some busy days with tons of cruise-bound guests very well I have to say. Location was perfect, it’s a nicer part of town and very convenient to walk / uber anywhere central.

The room/floor was quiet. We had a nice view of the city and the Space Needle. It was nearby several bus stops.

Great hotel. Clean, very comfortable, very quiet, very good security. Good restaurant with good service and food onsite. Good location within easy walking distance to downtown shopping, dining, museums, theatres, convention centre, tourist attractions. Public transportation (buses, LRT) nearby. We visit Seattle for a few days once or twice every year and like staying downtown. Prices at our two previous "go to" hotels have gotten ridiculous so we decided to try somewhere new this time and couldn't have been happier with this hotel.

Location: the property was centrally located and walkable to almost every landmark/tourist spot we went to Facilities: our room had everything we needed and had an amazing view of the Space needle. The room itself was super clean, quiet and comfortable as well. There’s also a small self-serve market behind the front desk where you can buy basic essentials/snacks and pay on your own so it was super convenient and helpful without having to go to stores outside like CVS/Target/Walgreens Staff: the staff were all professional and amazing during our stay Breakfast: the breakfast buffet (only offered on weekends) was delicious and had plenty of options. The breakfast menu during the weekdays was also ever nice too. If you booked breakfast with your reservation, you can order anything off the menu during the weekday

Front desk staff were very good. The room was very nice and comfortable. Though it would have been nice to have four towels, like most hotels have. There were just three in my room.

The room was very clean and spacious and provided a lovely view of the City. We appreciated the security the building had to offer and enjoyed the amenities (fitness center). The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
